Cadet Formation
The NCC experience is designed to shape students into disciplined, confident, and responsible young citizens. Through drills, parades, physical training, and structured instruction, cadets learn to carry themselves with maturity and respect. At BWDA, NCC participation complements academics by giving students a strong framework for self-management, punctuality, and teamwork.
